This society is a group of women in the
PNCC who play an active role in promoting and maintaining the Church
and individual parishes physically and spiritually. The foremost
purpose is to adore Jesus Christ in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
The Choir Lutnia is
comprised of parish musicians and singers whose purpose is to offer
praise and glory to God through music. The choir sings for the 9 am
Holy Mass every Sunday and for Holy Days of Obligation, Advent and
Lenten Services, and for other services and special occasions
throughout the year. One of the most conspicuous aspects of the
Choir Lutnia is the sheer enjoyment we get from singing! Each member
brings a unique quality to the choir. Our love for God manifests
itself through our voices and our commitment to Christ inspires us
to do our best for Him. We welcome anyone who would like to use
their musical talents to praise God to join us. The choir rehearses
weekly on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m.
To bring the love, caring and support we find
in this Catholic Christian community to the community outside our
doors; in obedience to the Great Commandments to love God and to
love others as we love ourselves. To direct this congregation in
efforts to bring the Good News of the Gospel to those who await the
knowledge and love of God, of hope and salvation in Christ; in
obedience to the Great Commission.
The purpose of this society is to unite
the men of the BVMC in the endeavor of the perfection of a Christian
life. The organization promotes fellowship through various
activities such as fund raisers, dinners, outings, and various
recreational activities.
