OUR FATHER

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

OJCZE NASZ

Ojcze nasz, któryś jest w Niebie, święć się imię Twoje; przyjdź Królestwo Twoje; bądź wola Twoja, jako w niebie, tak i na ziemi. Chleba naszego powszedniego daj nam dzisiaj; i odpuść nam nasze winy, jako i my odpuszczamy naszym winowajcom; i nie wódz nas na pokuszenie, ale nas zbaw ode Złego.

PADRE NUESTRO

Padre nuestro, que estás en el cielo, santificado sea tu Nombre; venga a nosotros tu reino; hágase tu voluntad en la tierra como en el cielo. Danos hoy nuestro pan de cada día; perdona nuestras ofensas, como también nosotros perdonamos a los que nos ofenden; no nos dejes caer en la tentación, y líbranos del mal.

HAIL MARY

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Zdrowaś Maryjo, laski pełna Pan z Tobą, błogosławionaś Ty miedzy niewiastami błogosławiony owoc żywota Twojego, Jezus.

Święta Maryjo, Matko Boża, módl się za nami grzesznymi teraz i w godzinę śmierci naszej. Amen.

AVE MARIA

Dios te salve María, llena eres de gracia, el Señor está contigo, bendita tú eres entre todas las mujeres, y bendito es el fruto de tu vientre, Jesús.

Santa María, madre de Dios, ruega por nosotros pecadores, ahora y en la hora de nuestra muerte.

GLORY BE

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

APOSTLE'S CREED

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

SKŁAD APOSTOLSKI

Wierze w Boga, Ojca wszechmogącego, Stworzyciela nieba i ziemi. I w Jezusa Chrystusa, Syna Jego Jedynego, Pana naszego, który sie począł z Ducha Świętego, narodził sie z Maryi Panny. Umęczon pod Ponckim Piłatem, ukrzyżowan, umarł i pogrzebią. Zstąpił do piekieł. Trzeciego dnia zmartwychwstał. Wstąpił na niebiosa, siedzi po prawicy Boga, Ojca wszechmogącego. Stamtąd przyjdzie sądzić żywych i umarłych. Wierze w Ducha Świętego, święty Kościół powszechny, świętych obcowanie, grzechów odpuszczenie, ciała zmartwychwstanie, żywot wieczny. Amen.

CREDO de los APOSTOLES

Creo en Dios, Padre Todopoderoso, Creador del cielo y de la tierra. Creo en Jesucristo, su único Hijo, Nuestro Señor, que fue concebido por obra y gracia del Espíritu Santo, nació de Santa María Virgen; padeció bajo el poder de Poncio Pilato, fue crucificado, muerto y sepultado, descendió a los infiernos, al tercer día resucitó de entre los muertos, subió a los cielosy está sentado a la derecha de Dios, Padre todopoderoso. Desde allí ha de venir a juzgara los vivos y a los muertos. Creo en el Espíritu Santo, la santa Iglesia católica, la comunión de los santos, el perdón de los pecados, la resurrección de la carney la vida eterna. Amén.

Chaplet of Our Lady of Czestochowa

A chaplet is similar to a Rosary or other prayer beads.  The Chaplet of Our Lady of Czestochowa has a Crucifix, 9 beads, and a Medal of Our Lady of Czestochowa.

Start with the Sign of the Cross

On the nine beads say:

  • 3 Our Father,
  • 3 Hail Mary, and
  • 3 Glory Be

Closing Prayers:

O Almighty and merciful God!
You gave the Polish Nation
a wondrous help and defense
in the most holy Virgin Mary
and You honored Her sacred image at Jasna Góra
with remarkable veneration of the faithful.
Grant in Your mercy that,
under Her protection,
we may struggle confidently
throughout our lives and at the moment of death
be victorious over our enemy.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
