The Capital District’s PolishFest is a celebration of Polish heritage – the food, music, art, language, customs and the culture of the Polish people. The annual Festival is held on the first weekend in June, here on the grounds of Blessed Virgin Mary of Czestochowa Church conveniently located at 250 Old Maxwell Rd., Latham, NY just off I-87 (Exit 4).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic NY State guidelines
the 2020 PolishFest cannot take place as in previous years.
However it will have a different form!
We are planning to hold a ready-to-eat Polish Platter Dinner Takeout for
Saturday June 13th 4PM - 6PM.
The platter will consist of:
1 Kielbasa w/Kapusta, 1 Golabki, 4 Potato & Cheese Pierogi, 1 Slice of Rye Bread.
All orders will be online only, no drive-up orders, and no cash.
We will do this in compliance with all the laws for food prep, takeout, and delivery.
A Virtual PolishFest will be held on
Saturday June 13th and Sunday June 14th on Facebook Live.
Many of our authors, historians, artists and musicians
are excited to present their planned sessions virtually.
In addition, there may be a few celebrity cameos surprises!
We plan to have a virtual silent auction to raise funds for our parish.
Watch the PolishFest Facebook page for schedule announcements.
WE INVITE YOU TO OUR EVENTS!
