These Lamb & Goat Cheese pierogi are a great addition to your Easter table.
Serve with a brown butter sage sauce and breadcrumbs (included), packed 4 to a package.
Cooking Instructions: Allow breadcrumbs to thaw to room temp; Bring a pot of salted water to a boil; Add pierogi to boiling water; Cook at a low boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally as not to stick. Meanwhile, melt butter and sage in sauté pan. With a slotted spoon remove pierogi from pot and place directly into sauté pan to coat with butter. Place on serving dish and top with melted sage butter and breadcrumbs. Enjoy!
